Module Summary Due to any number of financial hardships, clients may face the unfortunate prospect of eviction. In this module, you’ll learn about the rental eviction process and steps clients can take to avoid eviction. You’ll also learn about options for alternative housing, such as emergency shelters or transitional housing, if moving becomes necessary.

- Analyze a client’s rental delinquency, assisting the client to draft action steps that may lead to the avoidance of eviction.
- Apply knowledge of the basic eviction process, general timelines, and associated documents to assist a client to avoid eviction by better understanding the process.
- Apply knowledge of resources to help client find housing after an eviction is finalized.
